Role Description This is a part-time remote role focused on conducting sales calls and supporting the adoption of Plug AI Agents by prospective and existing customers. The Sales Call team member will engage inbound and outbound leads, qualify opportunities, explain product value, and guide prospects through next steps such as demos or trials.



Day-to-day tasks include making structured outreach calls, answering product questions, documenting call outcomes in CRM tools, and following up with leads to move them through the sales funnel. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback from customer conversations and participating in occasional training sessions to stay current on product updates and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain technical concepts in easy terms.
Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building trust over phone and digital channels.
Sales skills, such as lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing or progressing deals in a structured pipeline.
