Role Description The Technical Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal teams regarding the company’s concrete-related products, including resolving product usage issues and application concerns. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, documenting issues and resolutions, and guiding customers on best practices. The role involves collaborating with sales and product teams, conducting product demonstrations or trainings as needed, and maintaining clear, professional communication with customers and partners. The Technical Support Engineer is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Robust Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve product and application issues effectively.




Solid Analytical Skills to diagnose root causes, interpret technical data, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities to manage inquiries, handle complaints, and maintain positive relationships.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, chemical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Basic understanding of construction materials or concrete technology is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize under time constraints.
Proficiency with common office software and willingness to learn product-specific tools and systems.
