Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.
Take ownership of the complete pre-production, production and post-production process.
Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams and actively contribute to the development of content ideas, shoot concepts, storyboards, shot lists, camera movements, and production plans.
Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, tutorials, testimonials, events, and product showcases.




Use a strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding to create content for digital platforms and social media.
Ensure excellent framing, composition, lighting, camera settings, and audio quality across all shoots.
Safely handle, manage, and maintain cameras, lighting, lenses, and other production equipment to ensure smooth shoot execution.
Work with third-party vendors and communicate with them clearly and professionally.
Organize and maintain well-tagged photo and video assets for easy access and future use.
Required Skills
1–3 years of professional photography and videography experience.
Strong photography, videography, composition, framing, and camera-movement skills.
Proven hands-on expertise with artificial lighting setup is mandatory.
Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and production equipment.
Solid video-editing and post-production skills.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Eff
