Performance Marketing Specialist – PPC & Paid SocialJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a solid understanding of tracking, analytics, attribution, reporting, and marketing technology platforms.
The candidate should be able to independently manage client accounts, analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot tracking issues, and communicate actionable recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, and brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Optimize bids, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and budgets to improve campaign performance.
Tracking & Analytics




Set up and manage conversion tracking across advertising platforms.
Implement and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Validate event tracking, conversion attribution, UTM parameters, and user journeys.
Investigate data discrepancies between ad platforms, GA4, CRM systems, and website analytics.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, or similar reporting platforms.
Prepare client-facing performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Track and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue, and Lead Quality.
Translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations.
Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other relevant tools.
Perform competitor research using SpyFu, Ah
