Conduct audits across plants to ensure compliance with food safety related statutes.
Recommend corrective actions wherever necessary to maintain quality standards.
Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
Handle quality checking procedures on the shop floor to prevent defects in products.
Familiarity with FSSI regulations to implement and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in a Quality Officer role within a manufacturing workplace.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as filter, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Sum & Count If.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives.
Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements is preferred.
