nThe Role Responsible for site development, EPC coordination, regulatory clearances, grid connectivity and ongoing plant performance.

nKey Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solar project development, execution, and commissioning.n
Manage EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.n
Ensure timely delivery within budget, quality, and safety standards.n
Track record of commissioning projects on time and on budget.n
Oversee site development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.n
Manage statutory approvals, DISCOM coordination, grid connectivity, synchronization, net metering, and open access.n
Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and milestones; provide MIS to management.n
Oversee plant performance and coordinate O&M; for optimum generation and availabilityn

nQualifications & Experience
n

n
n
12+ years in solar or renewable energy.n
Direct experience on commercial or utility-scale solar projects.n
Working knowledge of DISCOM processes, net metering and open access regulations in North India.n
