Job Title: Regional Sales Head – UC / CC / AV Solutions (B2B)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)
Experience: 8-12 years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a sales leadership/team management role
About the Role:
Sysgrate is looking for a Regional Sales Head to lead and scale our sales team focused on Unified Communications (UC), Contact Center (CC), and Audio Visual (AV) solutions — including Zoom, video conferencing, and enterprise collaboration technology. You will manage a team of sales representatives, own revenue targets, and work closely with pre-sales/solution engineering to drive deals from qualification to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive overall sales revenue target across UC, CC, and AV solution lines
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives (senior + mid-level)
Set individual quotas, review pipeline health, and drive forecast accuracy
Build and execute go-to-market strategy across Zoom workplace, Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, video conferencing, and AV integration solutions




Partner with pre-sales/solution engineering team on technical scoping, BOM design, and CC solution architecture
Build and maintain relationships with Zoom (and other OEM/vendor) channel partner teams — including CC-focused vendors
Drive CRM hygiene, sales process discipline, and reporting cadence (weekly/monthly reviews)
Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales talent as the team scales
Report directly to leadership on revenue, pipeline, and team performance
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of managing and scaling a B2B sales team (minimum 3+ direct reports)
Robust experience selling across Unified Communications (UCaaS), Contact Center (CCaaS), and/or AV Integration solutions
Experience selling Zoom (Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Contact Center), Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya, Poly, or similar platforms strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to close consultative, mid-to-large ticket size deals (₹5
