About the Role

VOIZEX Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Business Development & Client Operations Executive to join our growing team.

This role is a combination of business development, customer research, product demonstration, client onboarding and customer support.

Responsibilities:

* Research and identify potential business customers.
* Research companies and understand their business requirements.
* Prepare customer/prospect information before calls.
* Coordinate with potential clients and schedule discussions.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain our platform.
* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
* Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
* Assist with client onboarding and account setup.




* Provide first-level customer support and coordinate issue resolution.
* Maintain customer and lead information.

What we’re looking for:

* Good communication skills.
* Comfortable speaking with customers over phone/video calls.
* Good internet research skills.
* Willingness to learn technology products.
* Basic understanding of computers and web applications.
* Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
* Freshers are welcome.

Preferred:

* BCA / BBA / B.Com / MBA or similar background.
* Previous internship or experience in sales, business analysis, customer support or operations is an advantage.
