Role: Post Closure Specialist

nPost Closure Specialist Responsibilities:

Review completed files and ensure all required documentation is present and accurate.n
Verify compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.n
Resolve missing documents, discrepancies, and outstanding issues after closure.n
Maintain and update records in company systems and databases.n
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, or stakeholders to obtain required information.n
Conduct quality control checks on closed transactions/files.n
Prepare post-closure reports and status updates for management.n
Monitor and track post-closing conditions, commitments, and deadlines.n




Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.n
Archive and securely store closed files according to retention policies.n
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance accuracy and efficiency.n
Ensure customer or stakeholder inquiries related to closed files are addressed promptly.n
Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and resolve concerns.n
