Role Summary We are looking for a Talent & Culture Lead who will design, build, and own the entire people function across both organisations.
This is not a transactional HR role. This is a strategic builder role responsible for:
Designing hiring roadmaps
Building recruitment engines
Creating performance systems
Establishing training frameworks
Developing leadership pipelines
Strengthening organisational culture
Ensuring compliance and governance

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in high-growth environments, building systems from scratch, and partnering closely with founders and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Build annual and quarterly hiring roadmaps for both organisations.
Design competency frameworks for technical, operational, and leadership roles.

Screening & interviewing
