Business Development & Client Relationship

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development & Client Relationship to manage and grow existing client and vendor relationships while developing new business opportunities within the Healthcare, Medical, and pharmaceutical industries .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients and vendors, building solid long-term relationships, acquiring recent clients and business partners, and generating new job requirements and opportunities for the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, vendors, and business partners .
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client and vendor accounts.
Regularly engage with existing clients and vendors to generate recent job requirements and business opportunities .
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase the volume of business.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, vendors, staffing partners, and business contacts .




Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition, vendor acquisition, and business growth .
Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other outreach channels .
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely candidate submissions.
Follow up with clients and vendors regarding open positions, candidate submissions, interviews, and placements .
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Negotiate business terms, rates, and partnership agreements when required.
Track and manage open requirements, submissions, interviews, placements, and account performance.
Maintain accurate records of clients, vendors, contacts, business opportunities, and sales pipelines using CRM or other tracking systems.
