NWe are seeking a energetic and strategic Category Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of category sales strategies. This role involves owning the category's P&L;, identifying growth prospects, driving customer engagement, and collaborating across teams to deliver business results. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in category or sales management.
NRole and Responsibilities

Responsible for course planning, pricing and Strategizing, scaling and managing the partner collaboration model. N
Responsible for managing the topline of your vertical. N
Build relationships with top Instructors. N
Identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth, driving margin improvements and delivering top notch customer experience. N
Understanding the category in depth and designing analytical insights into consumerbuying pattern. N




Manage deployment and qualityservice providers. N
Manage relationships with existingservice providers and consumers. N
Creative local marketing strategies and user growthcampaigns. N
Working with the productteam to create great user experience for that category. N
Working with the marketingteam to generate customer requirements. N
Rolling out partner collaboration processes and ensuringthat your team adheres to the SOPs. N
Team Management: Expected team size at full capacity:50+ N

nKnowledge, Skill and Experience for the Role

3+ years of experience in managing multiple hierarchy teams of 10+ employees (experience in managing multi geography teams is a plus) in account management/online advertisement sales or sales operations. N
Experience in starting and scaling largehigh-performance teams. N
A total of 5+ years of experience (candidates with lower but relevant experience in managing large
