nRole Summary
nWe are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive our oncogenomics business across the Tamilnadu market. This is an individual contributor role focused on direct engagement with oncologists, hemato-oncologists, and pathologists — driving adoption of genomic/molecular oncology tests (e.g., companion diagnostics, biomarker testing, liquid biopsy, tumor profiling) and growing territory revenue.
nKey Responsibilities

Drive sales of oncogenomics/molecular oncology tests within the assigned territoryn
Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, hemato-oncologists, pathologists, and cancer centersn
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and territory growth objectivesn




Conduct scientific detailing on genomic testing (biomarkers, mutation panels, liquid biopsy) with treating physiciansn
Coordinate with sample logistics, CX, and lab operations teams for smooth order-to-report turnaroundn
Track competitor activity, emerging biomarker trends, and physician feedback; report regularly to managementn
Represent the company at oncology conferences, tumor boards, and CME eventsn

nRequirements

n
[3–6]+ years of specialty sales experience in oncology, oncogenomics, molecular diagnostics, or precision oncology testingn
Existing relationships with oncologists/onco-physicians / onco surgeons / hemato-oncologists in Tamilnadu area strongly preferredn
Working knowledge of genomic/biomarker testing concepts (NGS, PCR-based panels, liquid biopsy) — ability to hold scientific conversations with clinicians - Not Mandatoryn
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a specialty/clinical selling
