What will you be responsible for?
nAs a Technical Program Manager focused on Infrastructure, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in Providence Infrastructure space.
n

nWhat would your day look like?
n
n
Solid understanding of Infra, Data center, Compute, backup, storage, data engineering, Azure, cloud, power BI.n
Managing backlog in ADO, documenting requirements and working with engineering teams to deliver automation, On-prem and cloud migration and other infra projects such as OS/ SQL upgrades, storage upgrade, backup etcn
Act as the primary point of contact between business and Information and cyber security teamsn
Partner closely with engineering leads and cross-functional disciplines to guide technical projectsn
Focus on communicating and translating non-technical to technical (and vice versa) requirements and discussionsn
Communicate project status to partners and several significant teams around the organizationn
Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria,



resource allocation and successful on-time deliveryn
Taking care of building, automating, and developing large scale distributed systems from ground upn
Provide day-to-day execution guidance and support for engineering projects, coordinating efforts across organizations and departments, and helping unblock teams by identifying and resolving issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, technical, and customer’s goalsn
Develop tools and processes to improve engineering productivityn

nWho are we looking for?
n
n
10 to 15 years of experience in Program / Technical Program Managementn
Robust communication skills with ability to influence without authorityn
Experience working with distributed global teamsn
Certifications: CISM, PMP, AWSn
Experience managing end-to-end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through
