Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and manage relationships with key commercial and home-use clients, and expand Stayfit’s presence across target markets.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The role involves closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and high customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends and competitors, provide performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and account growth.
Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in fitness, wellness, equipment, or related industries.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify new segments, channels, and partnership opportunities.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office
