NLead the Sales team at OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR under the Director of Sales & Marketing, driving room, weddings, MICE, catering and inbound-segment revenue through proactive account management, current-business development and team leadership.

Leads the Wedding, Corporate & MICE, Inbound and Catering & Events sales teams to achieve segment revenue targets. N
Sets performance goals for the Sales team, coaches and conducts performance reviews. N
Identifies training needs within the sales team and coordinates with L&D.; N
Recruits and retains top sales talent across segments. N
Builds a cooperative culture between segment sales teams and Revenue/Marketing. N
Recognizes and rewards top sales performers to reinforce a high-performance culture. N
Coaches segment sales managers on pipeline discipline and account-planning rigor. N
Represents the sales function in EXCOM strategic discussions. N
Conducts quarterly business reviews with each segment sales manager. N




Builds a referral and repeat-business incentive programme for the sales team. N

Develops and executes account-acquisition and key-account growth plans across corporate, MICE, wedding and inbound segments. N
Builds and maintains relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, DMCs and MICE planners. N
Represents the Resort at trade shows, sales missions and industry events to build market presence. N
Conducts periodic account reviews with top-tier clients to strengthen relationships. N
Ensures proposals and collateral consistently reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR luxury positioning. N
Ensures corporate/MICE proposals reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR brand standard and attention to detail. N
Ensures site-inspectionexperiences for prospective clients reflect the Resort's best presentation. N
Ensures FAM trips and client-hosting experiences showcase the Resort's signature strength
