We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR/Admin Manager to manage plant-level HR and administrative operations at our manufacturing unit in Bhavnagar. The role will be responsible for industrial compliance, labour laws, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day plant HR operations .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with plant management and employees, handling workforce-related matters independently, and ensuring smooth HR operations with complete legal and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR & Admin operations for the manufacturing plant and office.
Handle industrial relations, employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution .
Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory laws, industrial regulations, and statutory requirements .
Maintain and manage all required HR, employee, labour, compliance, and statutory records .
Manage payroll, attendance, leave, PF, PT, ESIC, bonus, salary administration, and other employee advantages .
Coordinate with relevant consultants,



government departments, auditors, and statutory authorities when required.
Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, transfers, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities .
Lead recruitment and hiring for plant and office requirements, including manpower planning and coordination with departments.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, systems, and employee welfare initiatives .
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR/payroll software .
Support plant management in manpower planning, productivity, discipline, and employee engagement.
Handle day-to-day administrative activities and facility-related coordination for the plant.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports, and compliance documentation.
Promote a positive work workplace while maintaining discipline, productivity, and qualified standards .
