NWe are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires robust leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex settings while consistently delivering exceptional business value.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives. N
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a robust focus on predictable and timely delivery of value. N
Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews,



steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling N
Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders N
Lead, coach, and mentorcross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts N
Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs N
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum N
Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality N
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution N
Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable N
