About the Role
Cane & Clay is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager who can manage client communication, project coordination and regular follow-ups between clients, designers, vendors and the management team.
This is not a CRM software/technical role.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in or closely with the Interior Design, Architecture, Turnkey/Fit-out, Premium Furniture/Home Décor, Modular Kitchen/Wardrobe, Luxury Real Estate or Premium Building Materials industry.
What You’ll Do
Manage client relationships from project discussions through execution and handover.
Be the main point of coordination between clients, designers, project teams, vendors and management.
Take regular project updates and ensure pending work is followed up on.
Coordinate client meetings, design discussions, approvals,
site visits and project requirements.
Keep clients updated about project progress and timelines.
Handle client concerns and coordinate with the team for solutions.
Maintain client and project records and provide regular updates to management.
Visit project sites and attend meetings whenever required.
Support management with project and operational work beyond client servicing when required.
Be comfortable with domestic and international travel based on project requirements.
Who Should Apply
