Work directly with the founders on technology and operations

Develop and improve material recovery processes

Work across mechanical,thermal, and chemical processes

Take processes from lab→ pilot → commercial plant
N
Improve recovery, purity, efficiency, and cost
N
Work with machinery andtechnology vendors

Support plant design, commissioning, and operations
N
Troubleshoot technical and operational problems
N
Help build SOPs and improve day-to-day plant performance
N
Research and develop recent ways to recover valuable materials
NQualifications
n
Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering,



or related field
N
Preferably 3+ years of experience in e-waste, recycling, resource recovery, or related industries
N
Experience with hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or separation processes
N
Hands-on experience with pilot plants, process design, or plant operations
N
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
N
Comfortable working with vendors, machines, and plant teams
N
High ownership and willingness to work in a fast-moving startup workplace
N
Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier engineering institutes and colleges

nAn engineer + operator who can understand the technology, solve problems on the ground, and work directly with the founders to build and scale the plant.
