Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and results-oriented Sales Hunter to lead current business acquisition across the France region while located in India. This role is responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective enterprise customers, and driving sustainable revenue growth within the French market for new customer.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales skilled with a proven ability to generate new business, engage senior decision-makers, and successfully manage complex B2B sales cycles. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Sales Hunter will play a pivotal role in expanding the organization's presence in France while operating from Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers across the France region through strategic prospecting initiatives.




Develop and execute targeted outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Leverage multiple channels—including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, partner referrals, and industry associations—to create new business opportunities.
Research target organizations, understand customer challenges, and identify key stakeholders and buying influencers.

Sales & Opportunity Management
Own the complete sales lifecycle
Conduct discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, and commercial discussions tailored to customer business objectives.
Build compelling value propositions by aligning organizational capabilities with customer needs.
Develop account penetration strategies within target organizations.
Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline while ensuring forecast accuracy and timely opportunity progression.
