This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities:● Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.● Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.● Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.● Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.● Communication Liaison:
Act as a bridge between the Sales and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange.
