nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a General Manager – Sales to lead and scale the company's Agricultural Machinery and Silage businesses.
nThe role will be responsible for driving overall sales growth, expanding dealer and distributor networks, developing institutional business, strengthening rural market penetration and leading a high-performing sales organisation.
nThe ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience across farm equipment, tractors, agricultural machinery, silage, cattle feed, agri-inputs or allied sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.

Expansion and management of dealer/distributor networksn

Sales forecasting, collections, working capital and P&L; ownershipn
