nAs we scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Associate who can independently manage client accounts, review month-end work, guide junior team members, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.

n What success looks like: accurate and fully reconciled books, timely month-end closes, thorough reviews with minimal errors, stronger junior team performance, and clients who trust the quality of your work.
What You’ll Own

Independently manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple US clientsn
Review weekly bookkeeping and month-end work completed by junior team membersn
Lead the month-end close process and ensure all deadlines are metn
Review bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledgers, suspense accounts, accruals, prepayments, payroll liabilities, loans, AR, and APn
Identify errors, missing entries,



unusual balances, and reconciliation issuesn
Ensure financial statements are accurate and ready for management reviewn
Provide transparent review notes and ensure corrections are completedn
Train, mentor, and support junior accounting team membersn
Monitor recurring errors and recommend process improvementsn
Communicate directly with clients and lead meetings regarding deliverables and accounting queriesn
Collaborate closely with our India and US teamsn

What You Bring
n Essential
n
n
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commercen
Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing experiencen
Solid experience in reviewing month-end closes and financial statementsn
Experience managing or reviewing the work of junior team membersn
Knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting principles would be an added advantagen
Advanced Excel skillsn
