Solid architectural design and space-planning skills N
Experience developing projects from concept through design development N
Strong understanding ofplans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing N
Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation N
Positive understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems N
Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details N
Experience coordinatingwith structural, MEP, and other consultants N
Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams N




Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution N
Ability to identify andresolve design and execution-related issues N
Experience coordinatingdrawings, details, materials, and site requirements N
Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines N
Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills N
