Job Opening: Fashion Designer

Hi, I'm Samir Shaikh, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hunarstreet.

Location: Gurgaon (PTC)

Experience: 7–9 Years

Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:
Research fashion trends and develop concepts for upcoming collections.
Create design concepts, tech packs, and oversee sample development.
Design graphics, labels, trims, and support product sampling.
Prepare production-ready tech packs and coordinate with production teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to improve product collections.
Work on fit corrections and product improvements based on market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Fashion Design
7–8 years of experience with domestic apparel brands.
Experience in designing Men's Shirts.
Robust knowledge of shirt fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
