nTo provide strategic leadership for monitoring and evaluation across programs, ensuring rigorous tracking of performance, outcomes, and impact. The role drives evidence-based decision-making by establishing robust systems, generating actionable insights, and strengthening organizational learning to enhance program effectiveness.

nKey Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive monitoring frameworks, systems, and standard operating procedures across program verticals.n

Develop advanced M&E; tools, methodologies, and technical guidance aligned with program objectives.n

n

n
Build the capacity of internal teams and partner organizations through training, mentoring, and ongoing technical support.n

n

n




Ensure high standards of data integrity through validation, quality assurance, and fact-checking processes.n

n

n
n
Contribute to program design through development of theories of change, logical frameworks, indicators, and measurement plans.n

n

n
Analyze program data to generate insights, identify risks, and recommend course corrections.n

n

nQualifications & Experience:
n
n
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Demography, or a related discipline.n

n

n
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Monitoring & Evaluation within CSR, NGO, or international development sectors.n
