nWhat You'll Be Doing:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our servicesn
Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-up messagesn
Schedule meetings and assist the sales team in day-to-day coordinationn
Generate leads and support in cold calling campaignsn
Maintain accurate records of calls,
follow-ups, and CRM entriesn
Promote our IT and software services to prospective customersn
Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvementn
nWhat We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of telecalling or client-facing experiencen
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsn
Proven ability in lead generation and cold callingn
Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plusn
Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbain
