About the Role We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to own customer queries end-to-end — from academy questions (fees, schedules, trials) to venue/booking issues (slots, cancellations, refunds) — across phone, WhatsApp, and email. You'll coordinate with Academy, Venue, and Finance teams to get customers fast, accurate answers.
What You'll Do Customer Query Resolution (Calls, WhatsApp & Email)
Handle up to 150 inbound and outbound calls per day, plus WhatsApp and email queries
Resolve queries on fees, schedules, attendance, trials, slot bookings, cancellations, and refunds
Resolve on first contact wherever possible; escalate complex issues with full context

Complaint & Escalation Management
Log every query/complaint in the CRM/ticketing tracker
Ensure timely follow-up and closure within TAT
Flag recurring issues to the Operations Head for process fixes

Cross-Team Coordination
Coordinate with Academy Managers, Venue/Facility teams, and Finance
Proactively update customers on their query status

Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain daily/weekly logs of volume, resolution time, and satisfaction
Share weekly reports with the Operations Head
Suggest process improvements from recurring feedback

What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years in customer service, customer support, or coordination (voice/chat/email)
Comfortable handling multiple channels at once, including up to 150 calls/day
Calm, empathetic problem-solver under pressure
Strong spoken and written English
