Job Description:
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Own demand forecasting and supply planning across products and channels.
Develop SKU-level forecasts using sales trends, seasonality, promotions and market inputs.
Improve forecast accuracy and minimise stock-outs and excess inventory.
Establish S&OP; processes across business, sales, finance and operations.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Lead sourcing and procurement of products, packaging and other supply-chain requirements.
Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts and SLAs.
Build a robust vendor base and alternate sourcing strategy.
Drive cost optimisation without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
Inventory Management
Define inventory norms, safety stock and replenishment parameters.
Optimise inventory across warehouses, stores and fulfilment locations.
Reduce ageing, dead stock,



shrinkage and inventory carrying costs.
Drive working-capital efficiency through inventory optimisation.
Warehousing & Fulfilment
Manage warehouses, fulfilment centres and 3PL operations.
Ensure effective inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
Establish warehouse KPIs for productivity, accuracy, turnaround time and cost.
Scale fulfilment infrastructure in line with business growth.
Logistics & Last-Mile
Own primary, secondary and last-mile logistics operations.
Manage logistics partners, rate negotiations and service-level agreements.
Optimise delivery cost, TAT, RTO and NDR performance.
Build scalable logistics capabilities for PAN-India D2C operations.
