Job Description:
Leading accounting readiness activities for the divestment cut-over.
Driving daily coordination with the Audit team, project team, and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution and milestone delivery.
Preparing status updates and supporting change management materials for key stakeholders.
Representing ICO in project governance forums and acting as the liaison between the Steering Committee and Operations teams.
Supporting process design, control framework development, and risk assessments.
Assisting with recruitment activities and accelerating management of change (MOC) initiatives.
Leading change management activities including process mapping, training, testing, validation, and business readiness.
