nWe're looking for someone who has:

Solid architectural design and space-planning skillsn
Experience developing projects from concept through design developmentn
Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailingn
Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentationn
Valuable understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systemsn
Ability to develop and coordinate architectural detailsn
Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultantsn
Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teamsn
Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during executionn
Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issuesn
Experience coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirementsn
Ability to manage project deliverables and timelinesn
Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skillsn
