nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive who is comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings.
nYou will reach out to potential customers across Indian and international markets, introduce our product, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations with recent prospects, handling objections,



and converting outreach into sales opportunities.

Reach out to potential prospects through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreachn
Introduce Steps AI and clearly communicate the product's value propositionn
Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunitiesn
Schedule product demo meetings for the sales teamn
Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the pipelinen
Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in CRM toolsn
Handle objections and nurture prospects until they are ready for a meetingn
Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging and scriptsn
