Develop and implement sushi menu items with Chef.
Maintain Consistency and company preparation Standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on menu development.
Stay updated with the latest sushi culinary trends and techniques.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sushi kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and organized sushi kitchen setting.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
