Core Responsibilities
General Maintenance: Fix basic electrical wiring, plumbing leaks, and lighting fixtures.
HVAC Care: Monitor and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
Guest Support: Answer repair requests quickly and fix room issues with minimal guest disturbance.
Preventive Checks: Inspect building equipment daily and log readings to stop sudden breakdowns.
Multitasking: Handle minor carpentry, painting, or basic IT/CCTV repairs when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
