The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily pest control operations. The role includes maintaining service records, preparing quotations and invoices, coordinating with technicians and customers, managing documentation, and ensuring timely updates in the company's systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain customer records, service schedules, contracts, and documentation.
Prepare quotations, work orders, service reports, invoices, and renewal reminders.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Operations Coordination
Coordinate daily service schedules with pest control technicians.
Track technician attendance, service completion, and route planning.
Follow up on pending services and ensure timely completion.
Customer Support
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Schedule current service appointments and reschedule requests.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with the operations team for resolution.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
