Senior Architect with 2–3 years of qualified experience to join our team in Pondicherry. The candidate will be responsible for handling assigned projects, architectural design, technical drawings, project coordination, and site-related activities.

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Key Responsibilities
Handle assigned architectural projects and project packages.
Prepare, develop, and review architectural plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings, including materials and joinery.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Attend site visits and support site coordination and project execution.
Review drawings for technical accuracy, dimensions, detailing, and coordination.
Identify missing information, conflicts, and drawing errors before submission.




Plan work according to project deadlines and communicate potential delays proactively.
Manage multiple projects or workstreams while maintaining priorities.
Review completed work before submission.
Make project-related decisions independently and escalate issues when required.
Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, documentation, and project records.
