The Business Development Manager (For Construction Company) is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, building solid client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The role focuses on expanding the company's presence in construction, industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Role & responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in construction and infrastructure sectors.
Generate leads through networking, client meetings, references, and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, government departments, and corporate clients.
Attend client meetings to understand project requirements.
Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for technical and commercial submissions.
Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements with clients.
Develop annual business development strategies and sales plans.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile:
Gujarat/Ahmedabad Candidate preferred.
Proven experience in acquiring construction projects.
Strong network with builders, developers, consultants, architects, and corporate clients.
Ability to independently manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
