About the role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work closely with the founder on the projects coming up at the studio. This is a role with real ownership. You will shape the visual direction of the work rather than only executing someone else's.
The role is based in Bengaluru and the day-to-day work happens from one of our client's offices, working alongside their team.
Responsibilities
Lead brand identity and design projects from brief through to final delivery
Interpret briefs properly and translate them into work that answers them
Direct the visual language across design, photography,
and film so each project holds together as one idea
Develop identity systems, publication layouts, campaign collateral, and marketing material
Work alongside and guide other designers on the team
Present work to clients and articulate the thinking behind it
Maintain the studio's standard of craft across everything that goes out
Requirements
4 years of professional experience in graphic design
Solid portfolio showing brand identity, publication, or campaign work you led
Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
A genuine eye for composition and typography, and the ability to explain why something works
Understanding of visual storytelling across still image, moving image, and design
Leadership ability and clear communication with the team
Willingness to think against the obvious rather than reach for the expected
Preferred
Working knowledge of After Effects or Figma
Experience directing photo or video shoots
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
