Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience as a Store Incharge, Store Executive, or in Warehouse/Inventory Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Site teams for material availability.
Ensure proper documentation of all material transactions.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage practices to prevent material damage or loss.
Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store.
Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory)
– including maintaining inventory records, preparing reports, and using formulas.
Solid inventory and stock management skills.
Good organizational and material management abilities.
Solid team management and coordination skills (Mandatory).
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently at the project site and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
