Role description

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Solid hands-on experience with Commvault Backup Administration.
Expertise in CommServe installation, configuration, and management.
Experience managing and upgrading Media Agents and backup storage infrastructure.
Solid knowledge of Commvault Deduplication technologies.
Experience with backup, recovery, and restore operations across enterprise environments including File-system,SQL, Oracle, Windows, Linux.
Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
Experience with virtual environment backups including Hyper-V.
Understanding of backup policies, retention management, and storage optimization.
Experience supporting Windows and Linux server backup settings.
Knowledge of SAN, NAS, and enterprise storage technologies.
Familiarity with cloud backup and recovery solutions.
Experience with backup performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Understanding of data protection, compliance, and information security requirements.
Strong analytical,



troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with monitoring and reporting tools within Commvault environments.
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
