International Voice Process Role: Trainee Process Consultant

Shifts: Rotational - Night Shifts (5-Day Work Week)

Full Time Prospect

Key Responsibilities:
Global Support: Handle calls for international clients (US/UK/AU).
Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries through voice calls in a skilled manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, internet connectivity, and applications.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for issue resolution.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet quality standards, productivity timelines and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:
Communication: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
Education: Graduate or PUC completed
Skills: Robust active listening and basic computer literacy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
