Job Summary:

We are looking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to oversee site operations for high-rise residential (25 floors and above). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering instead of conventional brickwork. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for coordinating tasks for the day, managing on-site workers and subcontractors, monitoring work quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting progress to site engineers or project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
Ensure work is executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Allocate tasks and monitor productivity to ensure efficient workflow.
Inspect work progress and ensure that safety standards are met.




Resolve on-site issues and delays by providing quick, practical solutions.
Maintain daily records of labour, material, and equipment usage.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on-site.
Ensure that all work is completed within budget and project deadlines.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforces site safety protocols.

Key Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
Solid knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
May require extended working hours, including weekends.
Physical ability to work in office and supervise field operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
