Job description
As a Client Intake Specialist , you are the welcoming face and the first voice potential members will encounter. You play a crucial role in shaping their initial experience with us, helping set a compassionate, supportive tone from the very beginning. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth, warm intake process that reflects our commitment to exceptional care
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for potential members, providing a positive and skilled introduction to the organisation.
Conduct client intake processes,
gathering essential information and guiding clients with patience and empathy.
Communicate effectively with clients, Service Coordinators, and insurance companies to facilitate a seamless intake process.
Collaborate with Service Coordinators to ensure members receive the support they need in a timely manner.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
Document and maintain accurate records of each clients intake process, following company guidelines.
Responsibilities
Disticntly soft US accent
Prior experience in customer service, intake coordination, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care.
Familiarity with healthcare services, insurance processes, and/or homecare is a plus.
Candidates should be open to working in night shift
