Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Reporting To: Admission Manager

Key Responsibilities
Student counselling: Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.
Lead management: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Application support: Assist students in completing applications and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Information sessions: Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, and webinars.
Financial guidance: Provide basic information on scholarships, fee structures, and payment options.
Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, or related field).
Experience:



Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or customer service.
Communication skills: Solid interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Tech proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Work style: Goal-driven, empathetic, and capable of handling high-pressure admission cycles.
