Pandhal Coffee & Brews is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Take orders, handle billing, and maintain accurate order details.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and food-safety standards.
Assist with food preparation, plating, and general outlet operations.
Maintain the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition.
Follow recipes, SOPs, and operational procedures consistently.
Support the team during busy hours and work efficiently as an all-rounder.
Maintain valuable product knowledge and actively participate in training.
Contribute to a positive team workplace and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
