About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer / Digital marketing specialist / Social media manager, with a strong focus on revenue growth and sales generation. This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond clicks and impressions and is obsessed with driving measurable business outcomes qualified leads, conversions, and revenue. You will own and optimize paid acquisition channels, build scalable funnels, and work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly translate into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Drive qualified leads, MQLs, SQLs, and direct sales conversions
Manage and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROAS and CAC efficiency
Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (awareness → consideration → conversion → retargeting)
Collaborate with the sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and lead quality
Track and report on KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue
Conduct A/B testing on creatives,



landing pages, ad copy, and offers
Improve landing page conversion rates in collaboration with design/content teams
Set up and manage tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, CRM integrations)
Continuously analyze performance data and identify scaling opportunities
Build dashboards and present performance insights to leadership

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a transparent revenue focus
Proven track record of generating measurable sales growth
Robust experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROAS
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Shopify, AISensy)
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
Experience optimizing landing pages and sales funnels
Understanding of attribution models and tracking setup

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
