Job Responsibilities
Counsel customers regarding frames, lenses, and other optical products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable optical solutions.
Explain lens options, coatings, pricing, and product advantages.
Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure excellent service.
Coordinate with the optometrist and optical sales team.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer records and follow up as required.
Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements
Fresher to 1 year of experience in the optical industry.
Candidates with an optical background will be preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
