Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in marketing IT consultants to vendors and clients in the US market.
Search and identify job requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
Support consultant submissions for suitable job opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and clients.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants and vendors.
Maintain records of consultants, job submissions, and vendor interactions.
Work closely with the Bench Sales team to achieve placement goals.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, sales, or marketing is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in the US shift (Night Shift).
Quick learner with a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
