Job Title: Manager (Café, Store & Kids Area)

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café, store, and kids play area. The role also involves managing the overall outlet and coordinating with the owners on client relations and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the café, store, and kids play area
Ensure smooth daily operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction
Monitor stock, supplies, and inventory for all departments
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across the outlet
Handle staff training, scheduling, and team leadership
Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally
Coordinate with owners on client visits, events, and business opportunities




Support marketing activities and promotional events to grow the business

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing multi-functional outlets or similar environments
Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle customer service, team management, and operations
Business-minded with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Adaptable to work on weekends and holidays as required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
